Tom Polimus was an avid stamp collector, in fact, it may have even cost him his marriage. He started collecting stamps at the age of 11 and didn't stop until the age of 89 when he finally succumbed to a seven year battle with Parkinson's. I took care of him during his final weeks as his live-in home hospice caregiver and he gave me firm instructions on how to care for his collection while waiting to find the right buyer(s).
